Fact One: Malkmus is a genius. Fact Two: Malkmus makes music. If you combine these two facts, then bliss ensues. So, on August 23 Matador will be releasing "Mirror Traffic", the brand new album from Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks. As an added bonus, the album was produced by Beck Hansen.
